Jeff,
I will let you know as soon as I hear back about the hotel. What I did,
since I have
registered for Euro PVM/MPI is just use the conference rooming form to ask
for
a room at the Montrose for my entire stay, and it worked just fine.
However, not
sure about those not attending the conference. As soon as I have details
(have been
working on this for several months) I will let all know.

I just posted a new agenda for the meeting next week. This has been
somewhat rearranged, and I have added the sessions people asked for. Please
let me know if there are other needed changes.
Thanks,
Rich
can't remember if I responded to you on this ...
Anyway, I'm planning to attend and would need a room checking in Sept
2, out Sept 6 (4 nights).
Do you have a hotel yet?

Rich,
Looking at the agenda, you have 2 ABI WG sessions down. I think one
is sufficient. I'll opt for Tuesday at 3:15.
Also, are you still wanting 10 minute updates from the WG leads?

I think my note was not clear enough  because of the MPI Forum meeting Sept
3-5,
I are working with the organizers of Euro PVM/MPI to make the hotel
available the nights
of Sept 2-6 for those who would like to take advantage of the special
rates, and the hotel
that is close to the meeting place (and Euro PVM/MPI meeting place). This
is on top of
the nights the conference is arranging for Euro PVM/MPI. The request is
for those who
are planning to attend the Forum and would like to take advantage of these
hotel rates
to let me know ASAP, so that I can let those negotiating the room rates
know how many
(and who) rooms we will need. For those who can¹t commit at this stage, if
you want, just
let me know tentatively what you want  I will pass this on as a tentative
commitment, which
may end up being no reservation at this stage.
I hope this clears things up,
Rich
