Three new working groups are finally ready to go from the logistics point of
view,. These include the Tools Support working group led by Martin Schulz
and Bronis do Supinski, the miscellaneous working group led by Adam Moody,
and the Hybrid programming working group led by Pavan Balaji. Mailing lists
are up and working and can be accessed from http://lists.mpi-forum.org/ .
