I can spit out about a dozen stream for this. Both SD and HD. I remember counting about 52 streams at the test session on Supercomputing 05 (if I remember) with about 10% packet loss. Somone may have a record better than this and official. There was about 30 for the Bill Gates Seminar a year or so later. There is only the practical limitation of the number of streams your network can handle, your machine can decode, and your display can accommodate. We've had successful meetings with over 30 video streams. Anyone for an interactive scalability test? Access Grid Townhall Reminder - September 1 & 3

The September Townhall is scheduled for Tuesday, September 1, at 10:00AM CDT (15:00 UTC). We will discuss topics of general interest to the community, including the AG and collaboration in general, and AG3 in particular. This is an open forum for the community to air issues, new collaborations, and innovative ideas; please come prepared to participate. AG3 Users From the Lobby of the vv3 server (https://vv3.mcs.anl.gov:8000/Venues/default) enter the Institution Lobby, then Government Institutions, then Argonne National Laboratory. There will be a second session held for those in the Asia-Pacific region, on THURSDAY, September 3 at 6:00PM CDT (23:00 UTC). Of course, anyone is welcome to attend this session, if it's more agreeable with their schedules. ANL will be running bridges in the Argonne venue for these meetings.

As Snow Leopard comes with Python 2.6, the Python 2.5 based AG 3.2 beta for Leopard won't work. AGTk would require a rebuild against Python 2.6 from source code. Doug
