I've uploaded v0.7 of the draft to the hybrid wiki. This is pretty close
to what we are going to present at the Forum, so please take a look at

All,
A bunch of us (Ron, Marc, Bronis, Doug and I) had an ad hoc meeting
today to go over the document. I made some changes based on the
discussion and uploaded a new draft to the wiki.
Please read through it and let me know if you have any comments.

I've uploaded a new draft of the hybrid chapter to the wiki:

It contains most of the edits we discussed in the previous telecon and
the following emails (some of the parts are left as comments, as they
need more discussion). We still need some better examples for the shared
memory stuff.
