Hi Nomi, Yes, we plan to make the m5nr service module available to external users. I will ask Andi to write something up for you. I think he added release notes yesterday, but I haven't checked yet. Is m5nr something that external users will be able to access? Should it be added to the Services web page (http://www.kbase.us/developer-zone/services/) It is not listed on the Master tab of our spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Ana5oznWypH2dFppaEJzOUdfMV8zN0… so I don't have a description to use for it. Wait, so did we decide not to include Functional Ortholog? (I don't really care either way--I just don't want to announce it as a new service if it's not accessible to users via Iris.) Take a look at the list of service clients being included in Iris. Let us know today if there is a service client CLI that should be included or removed.
