I guess I don't understand why we're having the discussion at all.  We had
a vote, the results of which are 3 US meetings, 1 foreign meeting
alternating between Japan and EuroMPI's location.  Just because people
don't like the outcome of the vote doesn't mean it should come up for vote
again.
