I briefly talked to Shinjae Yoo <[email protected]> who is interested in the service, mainly for ID lookups: Uniprot ID to KBase ID "What other information do we have to do the direct map to a KBase fid, and how would we resolve a case where one identifier maps consistently to a UniProt id (3702.AT2G30970.2-P) but another does not (3702.AT2G30970.1-P)?"
