I didn't see an email on the automated build this am. Did they stop?

We had told the team that would look at the nightly test results today, and that we would base a release on the wed nightly build.

Hi all,
I believe we are on track for a deployment on Wednesday.

Tasks before production deployment:

  • Create deploy.cfg file and move config from Conf.pm into deploy.cfg
  • Modify service and scripts to read from deployment.cfg
  • Modify the templating in the Makefile
  • Load data
  • Better test coverage 
  • Documentation and Tutorial  


Tom, please add/correct me if I missed something significant.

I briefly  talked to Shinjae Yoo <sjyoo@bnl.gov> who is interested in the service, mainly for ID lookups:
  • Uniprot ID to KBase ID 
  • "What other information do we have to do the direct map to a KBase fid, and how would we resolve a case where one identifier maps consistently to a UniProt id (3702.AT2G30970.2-P) but another does not (3702.AT2G30970.1-P)?"
