we adopted the "de-camelized" version of the module declaration. I send the code around awhile ago on how to compute this. So, in short, if you have the module declaration from the spec file you can compute the service url. This reduces the need to store in a document the url.
we could add a "de-camelize" function to a service.

Thanks for the detailed instructions! The first step is to get them to download the latest dmg before we even go through any other troubleshooting steps. We don't *want* them to use an old one!
We had wanted to get the dmg signed, but I'm not sure whether that ever happened. It would be good to know.
