Hi Everyone, The changes requested from today's virtual meeting are now in the working group repo. Please note that the most controversial line in the chapter is now changed, my first try at the new matching description is as follows: Order: Matching follows MPI matching rules with communicator, tag and source dictating message matching. In the event that communicator, tag and source cannot differentiate between messages, the order in which independent partitioned communication initialization calls are made is the order in which they will eventually match. Example 4.3.3 is also new. The remainder of the changes are minor and detailed in the commit log. PDF of the chapter is attached. Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks, Ryan

Hi, the latest updates to the partitioned chapter have been made based on the quasi-reading today. We will do a smaller group meeting on Thursday PM US time and update further prior to next Wednesday's meeting, which will be with the Forum invited... Accepting Virtual Meeting for Partitioned Communication for October 30, 2019

Martin, Ryan Grant and I agree to accept October 30 for the Virtual meeting on the Partitioned Communication proposal. We plan to issue an update after that on November 6 or 7, and give everyone any extra few days before the 2-week deadline to absorb changes we might make based on the virtual meeting. This level of care is designed to make the actual reading quite smooth in December, but we need everyone who might object or have concerns to home in on the virtual meeting and the pre-final version a week later ... please help us promote this approach to preview before the 2-week deadline. The chapter/proposal is looking quite good at this point, IMHO. Tony
