We are not scheduled to meet again until 2011 (with holidays and travel it's a difficult time to meet before then). So we need to decide on a teleconf/meeting schedule for 2011. I propose the following to get started, keeping the meeting time at 12/Noon US Eastern time and following a rough 2 week spacing.

I updated the run-through stabilization proposal with updates from the FT discussion at the MPI Forum:
* Updated the MPI_Abort section based on discussion at forum
* Updated the MPI_Kill section with a use case
* Added a start on the Parallel I/O section (updated with comments from the WG meeting at the forum).
I still need to add some notes from the MPI_ANY_SOURCE discussion. I'll probably get to that in the next couple days. But we will certainly discuss that on the next teleconf (to be planned in my next email).
