Intel 17 update 1 was released this week:

notes. Please install ASAP because it contains a number of bug fixes
relevant to Argonne. I have not confirmed but I think this includes the
GFMC bug (or were there multiple?). I know it fixes a bug in Elemental
that was reported by another customer.
