Granted the difference in the outcome from the meeting+ the 10k I granted so that they could keep computing, and the amount that they requested. gcmat is finally getting off the ground and will be needing all 200k core hours through out the year. They were granted 24k for the first half, and I gave them another 10k so they can continue their work.
