Last December we sent over the attached AMD hardware loan agreement form for your legal team to review. We would like to see if your legal team has been able to review the document and if we can move forward with getting an agreement in place.

We are setting up a remote system, but we are still defining exactly what system will be used for remote access.

We have early silicon for our next server part -- referred to as Kaveri (sometimes as Berlin). Berlin is the server part code name. Kaveri is essentially the same part, but targets the client markets. Internally, we refer to the early silicon as Kaveri. We are planning on providing a small number of these systems to various labs for the purpose of co-design and early access HSA development. The timeframe depends upon driver stability.

To ship hardware to you we will need to get a signed hardware loan agreement form signed. This is a reasonably painless AMD NDA-like agreement. Who is the right person for me to send this to?
