Hi All,

We have a meeting with AMD tomorrow at 1pm.
Please join if you are interested in.  Pete is planning to join this call,
so I believe we can meet at Pete's office.  Just in case I keep 3162.

We've also exchanged e-mail with our legal department (Mark Langguth, Sandy Smith).
They told me two things:
1. we need to go though a procurement process to receive the evaluation systems
2. we need to ask AMD to amend the load agreement.

Last December we sent over the attached AMD hardware loan agreement form for your legal team to review. We would like to see if your legal team has been able to review the document and if we can move forward with getting an agreement in place. 

I copied Bill Brantley and Mike Schulte from AMD. Bill would like to send early access hardware to ANL and is motivated to help this process along. Could you keep him and Mike on the email CC line?

Our legal group is reading the agreement right now.
They said because this is a loan agreement, we might need to
go through a procurement process.  We're figuring out it.
Could you please wait a little bit until those things get clear?
