[JLSE-Admins] login problems

I am confused over the new access method to what was previously ft.alcf.anl.gov which was working with my ALCF account emay using the cryptocard and now is not! I have initiated an account at the webpage https://accounts.jlse.anl.gov/index.php?tpl=index.tpl for id may ... note the difference with the ALCF account! I am not able to login to ssh may(a)login.jlse.anl.gov using the phasephase at https://accounts.jlse.anl.gov/ for id may I receive: Received disconnect from 140.221.69.21: 2: Too many authentication failures for may The discussion email from Ft-discuss(a)lists.alcf.anl.gov intimate that I should use a public key, but I am confused by the website https://accounts.jlse.anl.gov as to how to proceed. They do need to specify a sponsor. Currently, myself, Ken, Rajeev and Kumar are listed as sponsors. Likely Kumar would be the best choice for this, as I’d get his approval for these users anyways. Hi Raj, Sure. Have them apply for accounts on https://accounts.jlse.anl.gov. If they’re foreign nationals they’ll have to go through the ANL-593 process. Also if they need privileged access, (i.e. sudo), we’ll have to issue them a one-time password (OTP) token, i.e. cryptocard. We’re in a bit of flux with OTP tokens as we transition to JLSE, so this may take a bit longer than normal.
