Hi Ariel, ALCF cyrptocard should work, as long as your ALCF and JLSE user names are the same. Preferred is SSH public key authentication. You can upload you public ssh key via https://accounts.jlse.anl.gov under credentials. Hello, I tried to access the JLSE nodes earlier today (after I received the access email), but I am unable to ssh into login.jlse.anl.gov, can you assist me in how to login? I thought the cryptocard from ALCF would generate the same password. Hi All, I went to approve Ariel Young's account, got an Nginx error screen, then had no accounts to approve or disapprove - my apologies as I didn't get a screen shot. I'd like to arrange access for Ariel to snell and the thing nodes as part of preparation for SCC, how should I proceed? Looks like there's a mess-up with the license Intel gave us. It expired yesterday, yet we have "support" until Aug 2016. I'll get back to you after this is straitened out. Hi, When I try to compile with the icc Intel compiler I get this error: check-tools.pl: (!) Error: A license for CCompL is not available now (-97,121). check-tools.pl: (!) check-tools.pl: (!) A connection to the license server could not be made. You should check-tools.pl: (!) make sure that your license daemon process is running: both an check-tools.pl: (!) lmgrd process and an INTEL process should be running check-tools.pl: (!) if your license limits you to a specified number of licenses in use check-tools.pl: (!) at a time. Also, check to see if the wrong port@host or the wrong check-tools.pl: (!) license file is being used, or if the port or hostname in the license check-tools.pl: (!) file has changed. check-tools.pl: (!)
