Hi, everyone. I'm including the addresses of everyone who's used the CELS SurveyMonkey platform on this note. As noted last year, the ANL Site Office will not be approving further extensions to our SurveyMonkey subscription. They've asked people to either use Microsoft Forms (https://forms.office.com/) or to consult with CPA for an alternative service if Forms will not meet your needs.
Our subscription will expire in March. If you have past surveys you would like to export, now would be a good time to do so.
