[Release-team] jnomics API docs not showing up in http://140.221.84.191/services/docs/jnomics

I've sent notes to the developers whose API docs were missing or had issues (well, except for Bob O., who I think is already aware that sim_service doesn't have API documentation). In most cases, if the docs were not present I could tell why, but I'm not sure what happened with jnomics. Last time, they did make it to the test server, but then didn't make it onto kbase.us. This time, they're not even on the test server (http://140.221.84.191/services/docs/jnomics). Any idea what's going wrong? I can just leave it up to James and Mike S. to work out, but I'd like to at least get them on the right track. Thanks, Nomi
