[Release-team] New service m5nr

Is m5nr something that external users will be able to access? Should it be added to the Services web page (http://www.kbase.us/developer-zone/services/) It is not listed on the Master tab of our spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Ana5oznWypH2dFppaEJzOUdfMV8zN0Y... so I don't have a description to use for it. Also, it does not have release notes (that I could find). It will need those to be included in the release. Nomi
