[Release-team] mini build next week

we had a request for the following modules: expression (Jason - owner) plant_expression_service (Shinjae - owner) And I'm requesting: auth (Steve C - owner) to complete the deployment of the bug fix invocation (Bob - owner) to get any new commands in plant_expression_service deployed.
