[Release-team] Release week schedule

All, I have created a wiki page for the release week schedule (https://trac.kbase.us/projects/kbase/wiki/ReleaseWeek). I needed it so I could reference it in emails rather than repeating the information in the emails themselves. As always, any of you can edit, update, correct, expand, or otherwise improve.
