[Release-team] Deployment to Production

Tom, I apologize that I haven't been able to do the deployment to production this week. My concern has been starting something and then potentially having to split in the middle of it for Jury duty. I will be done with Jury duty today or early next week. So I can more effectively help with this then. In the mean time, I would like to clarify what tags should be switched to production for each service. You may recall that during the last deployment, you and I walked down each service and figured out which tag to use. I think we need to do something similar here. Alternatively we could judge it based on Dan's nightly testing. I'm flexible, I just want to make sure I'm choosing the right tag to mark as production. --Shane
