They probably didn't realize you had to register a port for the service. Is this in any of our documentation? If not, it should be added. I wonder if it should be mentioned on Miriam's new Release Week schedule (https://trac.kbase.us/projects/kbase/wiki/ReleaseWeek) or if it's too fine-grained for that.
