All, The final version of all the modules are due by Monday morning. I know that Dan is off on Fridays. Do we need to touch base today to make sure we will be in sync Monday? I created a v26 node image to test the genome annotation service and found that search_for_rnas isn’t included. it builds fine out of bootstrap; a genome_annotation deployment will need it. —bob

I think it would still be helpful, but if developers find it onerous to put in a line that says “1/27/2014: Service code unchanged; data and data pipelines that it uses have been updated” in the release notes, then we can do it for them. All, I'm looking for an opinion. When a module, such as KBase Expression, is not changing its service functions but is changing its data and data pipeline, ARE RELEASE NOTE UPDATES required? Miriam
