I forgot to send a completion message here. The updated drivers are installed, and can be used freely. New feature: Volume aggregation! All, I'll be working tonight to get the updated kernel drivers installed. I don't expect to need a reboot or disrupt any API applications. I'll send email when complete, or if I need to do something more drastic. --Zack

neurosis is back. Port 1 on both the ConnectX-3 (mlx4_1) and the Connect-IB (mlx5_0) are now connected. neurosis is back. Codes using libkdsa should function as they did before. However, the Kove drivers are intentionally not being loaded right now, so codes that rely on xmemfs (i.e., those using mmap and malloc to access external memory) will not work. We will be installing a new version of the Kove drivers in the next day or so to remedy that. --brian On 2016-10-10 15:56, Brian R. Since it doesn't appear that anyone is using neurosis right now, I am going to upgrade the kernel to 3.10.0-327.36.1.el7 and Mellanox OFED to 3.4, as well as install updates for several other packages. I expect neurosis to be back in 45 minutes or so. --brian
