Err; ok. I'll put a green on both weeks (because, in general, both week series are fine), even though I have a conflict on the 18th...

Hi Jeff,
The intention of the doodle is to decide which starting week(s) for a bi-weekly cycle you can attend. So, you can pick either or both. If you pick both, you are saying you don't care which bi-weekly cycle we are on.
Hopefully that clears it up and doesn't make it muddier :-)

In general, I'm fine with shifting the meetings a week. I unfortunately have a conflict on the 18th, though. :-(
I'm not quite clear what your doodle is asking. Are you asking if we can make the 11th *and* the 18th? Or the 11th *or* the 18th?
I.e., are we supposed to only pick *one* of the options?

Hi all,
There has been a suggestion to try to change the regular working group meetings by shifting them by 1 week. So, instead of meeting June 11, 25, ... as currently scheduled, we would meet June 18, July 2, ...
I have made a doodle poll for people to choose which option(s) work for them so we can see if changing it is feasible. Please go make your mark: http://doodle.com/r3zzwb8cqzh5vizf
My plan is that if we do change the meeting schedule, it will occur after the forum meeting, and we will have our regularly scheduled meeting on May 28.
Kathryn
