I accidentally did have the webex scheduled for 9am US Eastern (my normal timezone). When I got the T-5 minute reminder for it on my computer, I realized the timezone mistake, and I changed to US Pacific (which therefore shifted it 3 hours later).
So you might have been caught up in time period when I changed it.
