Unless we changed the rules, I think the best we can do is read in December and vote in March. We probably couldn't call it an errata item, since its a new feature, not a bug.
Yeah, that sounds more like the procedure we should follow. I just want to get the ball rolling in December.
Yes, we should definitely have a reading ready for December (or figure out how we want to handle the bunch of small changes Jeff has suggested).
