I've just updated MPI Forum ticket #217 with instructions for accessing a sample implementation of the proposal for MPI_HELPER_TEAM. https://svn.mpi-forum.org/trac/mpi-forum-web/ticket/217 The code has been pushed to the ANL repository for DCMF.
