[Mpi-forum] New Version of MPI_T proposal available for Reading in July

Hi all, The latest version of the MPI_T proposal is available on the MPI-3 tools Wiki, as well as in ticket 266: https://svn.mpi-forum.org/trac/mpi-forum-web/ticket/266 I will be using this version (minus ticket 0 changes) for the reading of this proposal at the July MPI forum meeting.
