Thanks Pavan, even more confusing -- the shared memory proposal and the endpoints proposal are actually two separate and independent tickets :-).
In short:
10 - 12: Shared memory proposal formal reading (tickets #284 and #287). So those are *TWO* readings, this is important from a procedural perspective.
12 - 1: Endpoints proposal plenary (tickets #288 and #289) Those are also two, but it's not that important for a plenary.
