Hi all, The Collective WG would like to read issue 78 (PR 48), Non-blocking communicator/file/win constructors/destructors/etc, respectively to "Groups, Contexts, Communicators, Caching," "Topology," and "I/O" chapters. We are pursuing the broadest possible support of completely nonblocking MPI programs and "orthogonalizing the design" of MPI-Next. Issue: <https://github.com/mpi-forum/mpi-issues/issues/> <https://github.com/mpi-forum/mpi-issues/issues/> https://github.com/mpi-forum/mpi-issues/issues/78 PR: <https://github.com/mpi-forum/mpi-standard/pull/> <https://github.com/mpi-forum/mpi-standard/pull/> https://github.com/mpi-forum/mpi-standard/pull/48 PDF: https://github.com/mpi-forum/mpi-standard/files/2043358/mpi32-report-ticket7... Correlated tickets will also be read in concert with this ticket (#81, #82). Thank you, Tony Skjellum
