I just discovered that the RSS URL I originally listed (above) does not show individual ticket changes. If you want the RSS feed to include individual ticket changes (i.e., whenever someone adds a comment to a ticket), use this URL: https://svn.mpi-forum.org/trac/mpi-forum-web/timeline?ticket=on&ticket_detai...
