IU just discovered a bug in their setup such that e-mails were not being sent when tickets were being changed. They have now fixed the bug; the following people will get e-mails when tickets are updated: - the reporter - the person it was assigned to (if different than the reporter) - anyone who is explicitly listed in the CC I can't remember offhand if everyone who has replied on the ticket will also get a mail or not. -- Jeff Squyres Cisco Systems
