Per http://www.cs.uiuc.edu/homes/wgropp/projects/parallel/MPI/mpi-errata/ , I withdraw my initial query about "MPI_FINALIZE in MPI-2 (with spawn)" (mail discussing: http://www.cs.uiuc.edu/homes/wgropp/projects/parallel/MPI/mpi-errata/discuss...) .
