Hi Ray, I'm forwarding email from Tatyana Sizyuk to get your comment. At the last LCRC Allocations Meeting we determined that HEIGHTS-3D did not have a PI that was at least and STA and you'll see our recommendations in the mail at the end of the forwarded message. We gave them 75K of their 300K request at the time. As you'll see from Tatyana's response to my earlier email they would like the remainder of the first half allocation. Since they asked for 300K and we reduced requests by 20% (thus 240K), they should get 120K-75K=45K for the "remainder" of the first half. Alternatively we can have them wait for the allocation meeting (next month), however I believe my email indicated the promise they would get the additional time if they did the tasks we asked for (which they indicate they have).

Thank you for your email. I spoke with Ahmed earlier this morning as one fundamental item is that we need an ANL person as (at least) the co-PI. Below are responses to your items, respectively.

1. I realize you requested 300K hrs. However the FUSION machine is oversubscribed by 20% and the committee, in order to be fair, reduced all requests by 20% (if the POC, me in this case, recommended that the request was totally justified).
