Prasad (Justin's postdoc) has sent me a break-down/justification of the time they need for Sept and it seems reasonable to me. Would it be possible to add the 70K core-hours to their account NE_RANS so they can continue with their computations without delay? They have a negative balance now and hence can't run long jobs.
