This project has been granted 300K to date out of the 500K they initially asked for. This request is effectively for the remaining amount of time yet to be granted. OK to give them 200K? Note that our limit is 150K, so we could give them 150K now and defer the remaining 50K 'til the next meeting (on 7/1). I say we give them the whole 200K now.
