Dear Sergei Chekanov, In Q4 FY2016, 400K was requested for HepSim, 250K was granted, and only 65K core hours were used. The request below looks similar, and lacks justification for the amount of time needed. We need more information to process this request. For the research description, what accelerators will be modeled between now and Sept. 30th (the end of this allocation year)? How was the need for 356500 core-hours arrived at? Will the team be able to use that much time in 3.8 months? Are the codes and people ready to start?
