Already done, and found the issues. In case you missed the email the first issue was the the nginx proxy server was misconfigured. After setting the right bits it started coming back with actual error messages on the webform indicating that the URLs for their project pages that they had entered were not valid URL's. I ditched the URL's and the requests were submitted without any issue. - JB

Something must be really borked with the way he has things setup in his browser. In any case we should probably tell him to just submit the renewal in plaintext and I'll go in and add the information for him. Given that he mentioned that he has never been able to get it to work I have a feeling JV has always just entered it in by hand.
