We are using the Redstone Server (in conjunction with the SharedDesktop) and have had great results with it. No disconnects from multiple windows/linux clients for over an hour etc. For clients, I've used VNCThing, Chicken of the VNC and VNCViewer - all very successfully (again connecting to servers for extended (hours) periods of time. To add to it, sometimes it wasn't just a disconnect. The MAC and PC clients also at times failed to receive screen updates after a while, but the PC clients (RealVNC) were able to hit 'refresh' and get a screen update that way. The MAC client was not able to or it didn't work. We had 2 PC clients and 1 MAC client when were were using it with John's server.

Hello AGTech,
What Mac VNC client and server have you had good results using in conjunction with an Access Grid event?
We have used Redstone server for Mac, with mixed results. The PC VNC clients often disconnect. No surprise there.
Thank you,
John
