Hello CPS and DSL, I'd like to share with you all a new addition to the CELS HR team, new HR representative assigned to CPS and DSL divisions, Lisa Bartelment. Lisa joined our team a couple of weeks ago and has been getting up to speed in order to support your HR needs. Some of you may have already met Lisa in your recent divisional lunch and/or coffee talk discussions but we wanted to also send a formal note to those of you who haven't had the pleasure of meeting her virtually. While Lisa will continue to transition HR activities from Christina Hanks (CELS HR generalist) over the next month, Christina will continue to shadow and cover work to ensure smooth onboarding and transition while Lisa gets a feel for our processes and workflow. She now is fully up and running on all systems to include Workday, Slack, Microsoft teams, etc. Lisa comes to us by way of the Department of Veteran's Affairs, Hines VA Hospital where she was an HR representative. She has also worked in various organizations in HR to include ADT Security, McDonald's Corporation and Stanley Black & Decker. Lisa's current hobby is learning to play the guitar and she has outside interest in bike riding, attending concerts and theater. She holds both undergrad and Master degrees in psychology.
