All, In a recent review, it was apparent how much DOE (ASCR and otherwise) values service in the form of expert reviews. In the sprint to the end of the fiscal year, you might get sudden requests. Please treat these seriously; growing lists of conflict of interest result in program managers choosing subject matter experts with careful consideration.
