ALCF/CPS committee responsibilities draft

Hi Everyone, As we have previously discussed there will be a new ALCF/CPS committee to optimize joint work/responsibilities and to enhance moving in new directions. I will be talking to Mike Papka about this tomorrow. Attached is a current draft of the committee's remit, which I will be discussing with Mike. No doubt the ALCF folks will have their own comments and responses. If you have any comments on the attached document, please send them to me before COB today.
