Then I clicked on "Request New Account" on the left which pointed me here: https://accounts.jlse.anl.gov/index.php?tpl=request_identity.tpl

At that point I used my ANL Domain credentials on the left panel. It went to " JLSE account and identity management". I clicked "Request new account" and got to the form where I found the problem reported in my original email.

Following instructions in a recent email, I am trying to apply for a JLSE account. The username I selected is srizzi, same as my Argonne account. However, the form returns with the following error in red:

Username is already in use, is not formatted correctly, or is not allowed.

I would like to keep that username. Is there anything else I could try?
