I tried my ANL Domain credentials here: https://accounts.jlse.anl.gov/index.php?tpl=index.tpl and it did not work. Then I clicked on "Request New Account" on the left which pointed me here: https://accounts.jlse.anl.gov/index.php?tpl=request_identity.tpl At that point I used my ANL Domain credentials on the left panel. It went to " JLSE account and identity management". I clicked "Request new account" and got to the form where I found the problem reported in my original email. I would like to keep that username. Is there anything else I could try?
