Sudo access is available if needed. However, having exclusive access to the entire system I don't think is possible for this hardware, due to these being fairly high demand systems. Ultimately this decision is up to Rajeev and Kumar however. There's an official project request form here, http://jlse.anl.gov/projects/project-request-form/, for such a request. You can also ask JLSE to purchase a system via this request form. We can certainly host a system that is purchased by the Argo project if so desired.
