Since the transition of dowd to jlse, I can no longer access my screen sessions (nor start any new ones). Please fix this.
$ screen -r You are not the owner of /var/run/screen/S-hfinkel.
$ ls -l /var/run/screen total 4 drwx------. 2 6192 users 4096 May 27 19:38 S-hfinkel
