I get the same blank page on Safari or Firefox when I click on the “Approved accounts” link on my accounts page. Something is wrong on my side or user base.

I got an email to approve. I clicked on the link and logged in. But all I got was a blank page. Ti thinks it is a bug when things get “automatically” approved!
I logged in directly and cannot see your requests.
